We aim to get your order to you within 2 working days from the date of your order. Our Customer Service will also contact / notify you once your order is ready. Is there any delivery charges? Delivery service is FREE OF CHARGE for any orders above S$70. For orders under S$70, local delivery fee of S$5 will apply. How will be be notify on my orders? Can I track my orders? You will be receiving an email notification once your order is ready. Our courier service will contact you on the delivery arrangement and verified with you the date and time of your availability, to ensure you receive your order. However, due to restrictions and limited access to certain institutions and organisations, we are unable to deliver to the following areas: EXCEPTION AREAS / SERVICES: CHANGI AIRPORT CARGO (FTZ) , SENTOSA, JURONG ISLAND, JURONG PORT, PSA (RESTRICTED), SHIPYARD, MINDEF/ ARMY CAMPS/ MINISTRY/ DSTA/ EMBASSY. Can I place an order for shipment outside Singapore? Yes, we do offer international shipment.
