Viartril-S is Crystalline Glucosamine Sulphate (Sulfate). Glucosamine Sulfate is the salt of the natural amino-sugar glucosamine, which is normally synthesized in the health body and is essential for cartilage health and function.

Indications: For maintenance of health joints and cartilage. Each sachet contains: Crystalline Glucosamine Sulphate 1884mg, equivalent to 1500mg of Glucosamine Sulphate Excipients q.s. to 3950 mg.

Dosage and administration: To be taken preferably at meals. Sachets: 1 sachet (dissolved in a glass of water) once daily.

Precautions: The powder (sachet) contains aspartame and therefore should not be used by patients with phenylketonuria. Its use in patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency should be made under medical supervision.
